Court clears naming names on AMLO list

The Civil Court Thursday cleared the way for the names of three Thai nationals found to have been financing or supporting insurgent violence in the Deep South to be announced on the Anti-Money Laundering Office's watchlist.

The three Muslim men are Amran Ming, A-Hama Kache and Abdulloh Maming. Their identification numbers and other details are published in full on the AMLO website.
They have been found to have assisted in an attack on an Army outpost in Narathiwat in January 2011, in which four soldiers were killed, including the unit commander, and many others wounded.
Financial institutions and other people on the AMLO list are required to discontinue any transactions with them, and to provide details of any accounts belonging to the three.
