Two Thai men were detained Malaysia’s Kedah state for allegedly possessing a big arms cache.
The two were identified as Mohamad bin Mat Daud and Jamanan bin Ahmad. They were nabbed at a Kedah restaurant.
National Security Council’s chief Paradorn Pattanatabutr said the Malaysian authorities were coordinating with the Thai Special Branch Division to investigate the case.
“We will leave the case to the Malaysian authorities to take action according to its laws,” he said.
