Dems proceed with petition plan

Democrat Party deputy leader Korn Chatikavanij said the party's petition to the Constitutional Court over the constitutionality of the Bt2 trillion borrowing bill would be completed next week.
The party is seeking the Court's ruling if the bill violates the Constitution's Section 8 which stipulates on fiscal disciplines.
The petition would be submitted after the Senate approves the bill, Korn said.
