No Canandian on Lao Airlines

According to the airline, 44 passengers and five crew were on the flight

The ATR-72 turboprop plane crashed as it prepared to land in stormy weather at Pakse Airport after a flight from the capital Vientiane.
As of Friday morning only 17 bodies had been found, none of which could be immediately identified.
The country's transport minister says a lack of manpower and equipment is slowing the search for survivors and debris.
The 44 passengers of the fateful flight were 16 Laotians, seven French travellers, six Australians, five Thais, three South Koreans, three Vietnamese, and one national each from the US, Malaysia, China and Taiwan.
