U.S. stocks closed&nbsp;down despite&nbsp;data showing&nbsp;services industry expanded more-than-expected in October.&nbsp; 
	Dow Jones Industrial Average closed&nbsp;slightly lower, dropping&nbsp;20.9 points, or 0.1 per cent&nbsp;at&nbsp; 15,618.22.

	S&amp;P 500 also closed slightly lower,off 4.96 points, or 0.3 per cent, at 1,762.97, while Nasdaq composite&nbsp;gained 3.27 points, or 0.1 per cent, at&nbsp;3,939.86.
