Protesters left Foreign Ministry Tuesday morning

The anti-government protesters who occupied the Foreign Ministry's compound on Si Ayutthaya Road on Monday left the ministry Tuesday following a meeting between the protest leader and the ministry's senior officials.

Several senior officials and the protest leader, Nithithorn Lamleua, attended the meeting.
The protesters were seen packing their belongings and leaving the ministry. Their next destination is unknown.
Some 300 protesters entered the compound last night, with the demand to have the ministry stop operation.
