The Election Commission began the party-list candidate number draw process at 8:30 am by explaining the process of the draw lots for distributing the numbers to political parties, Nation News Agency reported.
In the meantime, chaos due to police's teargas firing continued outside the stadium.
Thirty out of 34 parties sent representatives to take part in the draw. The other four gave up their right to draw the number.
