Apichart Chansakulporn, who was allegedly linked to the irregularities in the rice pledging scheme, was among 30 figures summoned by the National Council for Peace and Order Sunday night.
Apirchart, also known as Sia Piang, owns Siam Indica, which was allegedly linked to the scandals of the government-to-government rice deals.
