14 foreign companies allowed to conduct businesses this month

The Department of Business Development's foreign business act committee has permitted 14 foreign companies to conduct businesses in Thailand this month, up 6 per cent over the same period last year and with a total investment of Bt1.2 billion.
Their businesses employ 343 Thais collectively.
The number of foreign businesses approved by the committee now stands at 261, up 10 per cent year on year and with a total investment of Bt14.2 billion.
