ACM Siwakiat Jayema, acting president of the airline, said the first flight departed on Wednesday, and they will run until Sunday.
Of the 10 flights, two will fly out of Narathiwat Airport and the remainder from Hat Yai International Airport.
Like the past few years, the national carrier was appointed by the prime minister and the Hajj Committee of Thailand to organise special flights during the Hajj period this year.
THAI will also provide special return flights from Jeddah from October 10 to 19. The airline says it is serving specially prepared halal meals in adherence with Islamic dietary requirements and its kitchen has received the HAL-Q certification for halal standards.
