Obec issues self-protection handbooks for students

The Office of Basic Education Commission (Obec) has printed 35,000 copies of protection handbooks for students, which will be distributed to schools nationwide, Obec chief Kamol Rodklai said yesterday.
The handbook will provide practical guidelines to helping students in dangerous situations such as accidents like falling from a height, drowning, sexual violence, premature pregnancy and drug-related issues, he said.
