Woman fined for littering in Loei
A woman was fined for littering in the northeastern province of Loei, which was recently declared a littering-free province.
Pornthip Sae Yang, 35, dropped garbage on the roadside where her car stopped for a break.
Provincial officials vowed to award Bt1,000 to all who notified police of littering. The policy is to keep the province clean and attractive to visitors, they said.
