Customs Department seeks Bt1.6bn to build new checkpoint in Sadao
The Customs Department will seek a budget of Bt1.6 billion for the construction of a new customs checkpoint and office in Songkhla's Sadao district, Customs Director General Somchai Satchapong said Thursday.
The budget will come from three fiscal years, staring in the Fiscal 2016. Somchai Thursday paid compensations worth Bt758 million to 28 owners of 41 plots of land expropriated for the construction.
