Justice Minister General Paiboon Koomchaya, after leading a meeting with AMLO’S transaction committee yesterday, said less than two-thirds of the board had voted to seek court permission to seize the car. Also, the board deemed the car to have been bought with good intentions and money that had been legally earned.
