Affected Nok Air passengers to get free tickets

Nok Air will hand out free tickets to all passengers who were affected by the computer crash that delayed a number of flights today.
In his tweets, Patee Sarasin, chief executive officer of Nok Air, expressed his regret for the inconvenience and announced that the airline would compensate all passengers.
"This is official. All passengers for scheduled flights today will be compensated... Each will receive a free ticket for the travel to any destination, any time," he said.
The computer crash disrupted the check-in for hours, starting from 4.30am today. The system was fixed at 8am. During the period, ground officers needed to write down names and luggage tags by hand.
