National artist Prabhassorn passes away

National artist Prabhassorn Sevikul, 67, passed away peacefully at home in Bangkok Friday morning of heart failure. He is survived by his wife, Chutima, and his two sons.
Prabhassorn was born April 22, 1948 in Bangkok. He was a wellknown writer who was always in love with literature. Being a reader and a passionate writer, he started writing since he was a teenager, beginning with poetry and short stories before writing his first novel in 1982.
