4G auction draws over Bt140 bn
The auction of two new mobile phone licenses under 900MHz spectrum has passed the 77th hour.
The licences drew bids worth over Bt140 billion, as the 177th round was completed.
As the 177th round was completed at around 2pm, the combined price of the two licences hit Bt140.04 billion
Lot 1 licence drew bids worth Bt68.9 billion. Bids for Lot 2 licence pushed the price to Bt71.15 billion.
The auction continued for the fourth day.
