Transvestite jailed two months for throwing Chihuahua down from fifth floor

The North Bangkok District Court Thursday sentenced a transvestite to two months in jail for throwing a Chihuahua down from his rented room on the fifth of a Bangkok apartment to its death.

The court initially sentenced Yollada Champasri to four-month imprisonment but the court commuted the sentence by half on ground that he pledged guilty.
Yollada admitted that he threw the dog down because it dirtied his room with its droppings. The dog belonged to his friend, who came to stay with him for just ten days.
The court found him guilty of committing animal cruelty.
