Doctor Jaraspong Sukkree, Satun chief public health officer, said most of the tourists returned to their bungalows after they received the treatment. Only five of them stayed for the intravenous solution.
Jaraspong said the tourists were hit by foods poisoning apparently because they had lunch that was prepared in the morning for them to eat during their island trip.
