Pansak Srithep, a leading figure of the group, said that the group would claim responsibility for having produced the controversial song and do a dance to its tune next Thursday.
He was responding to Somchai’s posting on Facebook which recommended the people appear in the video should report to the police if they had not intended to spread it. The original uploader, however, would not be charged because it had been uploaded to the internet before the referendum law took effect, the election commissioner wrote.
The controversial video features the anti-charter song with high-profile activists such as Sirawith Seritiwat aka Ja New, Sombat Boonngamanong or Nuling, and human rights lawyer Anon Nampa.
Pansak said that EC had always found the fault in everything they do. For instance, he had been charged with the seditious charge when was walking alone, he said, adding that EC must prove it is enforcing the law fairly.
