Reconciliation Yingluck's birthday wish

In a birthday statement, former prime minister Yingluck Shinawatra Tuesday expressed wishes that the country will move forward towards democracy and people will be happy and healthy.

The former premier, who turned 49 Tuesday, made merit on her birthday with her husband Anusorn Amornchat and her son Supasek Amornchat at her home on Soi Yothinpattana 3.
Yingluck said the current economic situation was not healthy and she wanted to ask the government to issue policies that stimulate the economy and make people wealthier.
She said she wanted the junta to prevent political conflicts from escalating and urged conflicting sides to try to reconcile.
“I want to call for a more open and inclusive debate during the campaign for the referendum on the charter draft,” she added.
Her brother, former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra, sent her a bouquet of flowers as a birthday gift.
