New list of alleged corrupt official to be issued

The seventh list of alleged corrupt officials will be issued soon, with over 20 people on it.
After a meeting of the National Anti Corruption Committee chaired by Prime Minister Prayut Chanocha Friday, Deputy Prime Minister Wissanu Krea-ngam said the officials facing disciplinary action were in general not as senior as officials on previous lists.
The prime minister enforced the all-powerful Section 44 of the interim charter to issue the lists of alleged corrupt officials to pave the way for investigations and possible disciplinary and legal action being taken.
