Thai-NZ FTA to raise some sensitive-goods quotas

Thailand will revise the free-trade agreement with New Zealand by increasing import quotas for highly sensitive goods such as milk, cream, buttermilk, honey, mandarin oranges and potatoes, as these are needed to produce items for re-export, said Sunanta K

Under the Thailand-New Zealand FTA, Thailand will increase import quotas from 10 per cent to 20 per cent for some highly sensitive products as they are key ingredients for this country’s food-product industry.
