Thai communities around the world mourn late king

Thai communities across the globe have come together to commemorate the passing of Thailand’s King Bhumibol Adulyadej.

Over 700 Thais in London participated in an event to commemorate the king’s passing at the Royal Thai Embassy.
They sang Thailand’s royal anthem and stood together to mourn the late monarch for 90 minutes.
In the US, both Thais and Americans gathered to pay their respects for King Bhumibol at the Mount Auburn Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts where the late king was born.
Another commemoration took place at the Bhumibol Square in Cambridge.
Both Thais and Americans placed bouquets to express their love and respect for the late king.
