UDD questions govt’s efforts to create reconciliation
Nattawut Saikua, a leader of the United Front of Democracy against Dictatorship, Monday questioned the practicality of the junta’s efforts to create reconciliation.
Nattawut said no other countries have been successful in creating reconciliation with a party in conflicts that is in power set up a panel to push for it.
Nattawut said such a panel set up by the government might be regarded as a party in conflict itself.
Anyway, Nattawut said, the UDD would be willing to support the government’s efforts to create reconciliation.
