The Bangkok Metropolitan Administration will hold a Big Cleaning Day at Sanam Luang Thursday night and Friday morning to make preparations for religious rites to mark 100 days after the passing of King Rama IX.

Activities to mark the 100 days after the death will be held on Friday and Saturday.

Officials will start cleaning sewerage pipes late Thursday night and the Big Cleaning Day activities will start at 8 am, the governor added.
