Traffic chaos at Lat Phrao Intersection

The traffic at Lat Phrao Intersection became unusually heavy during rush hour on Monday and the roadway simply ran out of room with vehicles moving at cralwing speed if they moved at all.
The gridlock was apparently caused by the construction of the Green Line extension from Mochit to Saphan Mai, with foundations and columns being constructed in front of Central Plaza Ladprao Shopping Mall.
