The Supreme Court Tuesday upheld two-year imprisonment against red-shirt leader Yoswarit Chuklomg, alias “Jeng Dokjik”, for defaming the King during a red-shirt rally in 2010.
The court ruled that Yoswarit violated Article 112 of the Criminal Court by mentioning privy councilors and the King during the rally. The court declined to suspend the jail term.
