The operation involved 400 troops and commando police from the Crime Suppression Division and was led by Deputy Police Commissioner General Srivara Ransibrahmanakul, who is in charge of cracking down on mafia bosses.
Srivara organised the raids after gunmen opened fire with machine guns at the funeral on March 14, in what is believed to be a conflict between two local mafia bosses.
Srivara said 128 rounds of ammunition and three bulletproof vests had also been seized in the raids.
No arrests were made.
