More than 100 suspects, including a large number of foreigners, were arrested at a hotel in Bangkok on Sunday allegedly for engaging in illegal tour-guide services.

Police took action after receiving a tip-off that the suspects were attending a training session on how to serve as tour guides and coerce tourists into buying products.
An investigation showed most foreign suspects had entered Thailand with tourist visas.
Thai laws bar foreigners from working as tour guides.
