Metropolitan Police Commissioner Pol Lt Gen Sanit Mahathavorn said the actress known as Anna Reese was found to have a blood-alcohol level of 141 milligrams per 100 millilitres of blood. The legal limit for motorists is 50mg per 100. 
Anna was arrested at 1am about 500 metres from a Huay Kwang district pub where she allegedly caused a violent scene. 
She was released on bail after posting Bt20,000 as a guarantee. 
Huay Kwang police chief Pol Col Arkom Chanthasraj said she would formally be charged in court within a month.
