ICBC (Thai) Leasing’s debenture issuance gets ‘AAA(tha)’ rating
Fitch Ratings (Thailand) has confirmed the national long-term rating on ICBC (Thai) Leasing’s upcoming senior unsecured debentures at “AAA(tha)”. The rating follows a change in the issue size.
The size of the issue has increased to Bt5.5 billion from the previous upper-bound Bt5 billion.
The debentures will be offered in tranches with a tenor of up to five years.
