Over 9.5 million people pay respects to late King

People from all walks of life and all corners of Thailand continued to pay respect on Sunday before the Royal Urn of His Majesty the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej inside the Grand Palace’s Dusit Maha Prasart Throne Hall in Bangkok.
The Bureau of Royal Household reported on Saturday that a total of 9,522,790 members of the public had paid their respects before the Royal Urn over the past 290 days. During the same period, the public also donated a total of Bt714,155,155 towards merit making for the late King.
