Phra Payom suffers head injury in fall
Revered monk Phra Payom Kalyano received head stitches after a fall at his Nonthaburi province temple.
The monk said the accident happened early Friday morning.
He warned children to take good care of their elderly parents.
He also warned them to make sure their parent’s footwear wear was not too worn because doing so could prevent them slipping over.
The abbot of Wat Suankaew in Bang Yai district fell while leaving his living quarters for morning prayer.
He received 11 stitches and a CT scan at Kasemraj Ratanathibet Hospital and was discharged the same day.
