Storm ravages villages, knocks out roads, in Chum Phon

Local residents were inconvenienced after a summer storm on Saturday evening knocked out several roads in Tambon Rab Ror of Chum Phon’s Tha Sae district.
The storm ravaged villages in the sub-district as heavy rains began about 6pm and led to fast-moving forest run-offs that heavily eroded sections of local roads in Ban Panwal Moo 20 and Moo 11, said Tambon Rab Ror Administrative Organisation president Auyporn Meepian.
The local authority was assessing the extent of damage in the area on Sunday.
