Don Mueang Airport bridge on Vibhavadi opens next month
A traffic bridge linking outbound Vibhavadi Rangsit Road to Don Mueang International Airport will open on November 22, the Highway Department announced on Wednesday.
It said the bridge would reduce congestion by eliminating the need for vehicle U-turns on Vibhavadi Rangsit to get into the airport, a factor that’s been choking traffic flow.
The department said a pedestrian bridge built as a part of the project opened on October 1 and the vehicle bridge was structurally complete, but several details must first be finalised.
