Mild quake occurs in Lamphun

A 1.2-magnitude earthquake occurred in Lamphun's Mae Thai district late on Wednesday night, the Seismological Bureau reported.
The bureau, an agency under the Meteorological Department, said the quake happened at 11.56pm and its epicenter was 5 kilometres deep at latitude 18.45 and longitude 99.08.
The bureau said local residents did not feel the tremor and no damage was reported.
