Jinda Thanomrod, mayor of the Laem Chabang municipality, Choncharoen Wanchaijiraboon, president of the Chiwit Mai Sinwang (Life With Hope) Foundation, and Boonlert Nomsilp, ex-mayor of the municipality, jointly presided over a ceremony to hand over the house worth Bt300,000 to Wimol Noibamrung.&nbsp;

Wimol had been living alone under the care of neighbours in her house in Moo 1 village in Tambon Bueng. 
But it collapsed because of termites and her plight became known by the foundation, which sought help from the municipality and the ex-mayor to build a replacement.

Foundation builds house for crippled woman

A foundation has joined hands with the Laem Chabang municipality to build a house for an 84-year-old woman who cannot walk and lives alone in Chon Buri's Si Racha district.
