Boy playing on railway track crushed to death in Songkhla

A 12-year-old boy was crushed to death by a train on Thursday in Hat Yai, Songkhla. He was on a railway track near his school playing on his mobile phone.
Rescue workers arrived at the scene to find the body of the boy, who was later identified as Watanyoo Dissaroe. The train that crushed him was Express 46 from Padang Besar to Bangkok.
Locals say they saw the boy playing on his mobile phone near the railway tracks, and that they heard the train honk several times, but the boy clearly failed to hear the warnings.
