In light of the COVID-19 outbreak, THAI Smile has stepped up precautionary measures and instructed staff in all related fields to strictly comply with the measures to ensure that all aircraft and equipment are safe, she said .
Also, exit screening is conducted at check-in counters for cabin crew and all passengers returning from high-risk areas.
Cabin crew are required to wear gloves and face mask and provide alcohol-based hand sanitizer to all passengers before boarding and during the flight.
A face mask will also be provided for passengers upon request. Pillows and blankets are temporarily unavailable in all flights, but sanitised blankets in packaging are available upon request.
WE Smile magazines and catalogues are also unavailable on all flights until April 30 in an effort to prevent spread of the virus the through direct contact.
