Central Pattana said the latest platform was merely a part of its policies to support retailers and tenants during the Covid-19 pandemic crisis. Other policies include waiving and discounting rental fee ranging from 25-100 per cent as well as supporting retailers with only physical stores. Central Pattana plays a part as a mediator between stores and customers via Line OA @Central Life, the company said.
Central Pattana, which runs 33 shopping centres nationwide, urged people to stay home and stop the spread of the virus. The company said it would provide and facilitate people to live their normal daily life with four services: One Call One Click to ask information and to order goods by dialing 02-021-9999 or adding Line OA: @centrallife; drive thru to self pick-up products and to avoid unnecessary touch; Central Eats via Grab Food to order food from various participating restaurants in Central shopping centres under one order; and Food Delivery and Food Pick Up Counter for restaurants.
