No new Covid-19 case for second time this week
Thailand reported no new case of Covid-19 infection for the second time in the week and there were no deaths over a 24-hour period, Dr Taweesin Visanuyothin, spokesman of the government’s Centre for Covid-19 Situation Administration, said on Saturday (May 16).
The total number of confirmed Covid-19 cases since the outbreak remains at 3,025, of whom 2,855 have recovered, while the number of fatalities remains at 56.
The country had reported no new case for the first time in months on May 13.
