The premier has also consulted all parties to seek ways to settle the simmering political tension and will also open a stage where the young generation will be invited to air their views on where they want the country to head towards, she added.
She said the premier is hopeful that the House would use its tools to solve the current political tensions on the democratic process. He also urged all MPs to do their best to bring the country out of the polical conflict, as the political problem should be solved within the House.
The premier also insisted that he did not order police to arrest students or activists holding the demonstration as he has no authority to intervene in police duties. He said that what had happened is in line with the related process and the police discretion, she added.
Groups of university students have held a series of demonstrations to demand that the government dissolve Parliament, amend the charter and stop intimidating people who hold different opinions.
