People should watch their health due to the changeable weather conditions, the Thailand Meteorological Department said on Sunday.

The northeast monsoon across the Gulf and the South will strengthen with more rain likely. Moderate winds will trigger waves up about two metres high from Songkhla province passing south and more than two metres high during thundershowers.

The westerly trough covers northern Thailand. Isolated thundershowers with gusty winds are likely in the early stages after a decrease in temperature by 2-3 degrees Celsius.
