The 3-kilometre spur will take 37 months to build before operations launch in September 2024. The spur is expected to see 13,785 passengers per day. Its economic internal rate of return (EIRR) is 12.9 per cent, while its financial internal rate of return (FIRR) is 7.1 per cent.
