Brunei imports 3 tonnes of rice from Cambodia

Brunei has imported 3,003 tonnes of jasmine rice from Baitang, Cambodia, said the Supply and State Stores Department, Finance Ministry.
The rice imports will help strengthen the nation’s food security, department officials said in a press briefing in Gadong on Monday.
The jasmine rice from Cambodia will be sold at $12.50 per 10-kilogram bag and will be available in various stores nationwide this month.
