Flexible, fill-in-the-blanks open minds resolve to know more, be more and do more. To better understand and be understood, first learn to attentively listen in order to be clearly heard. Cherish introspective silence by tuning in to your innermost voice, effectively questioning whatever brings insight, fuels curiosity and cultivates wisdom.
Be grateful for wellness. Accept what you have. Know who you really are, then do what you need to do to get what you want done. Practice tolerant patience, compassionate kindness and empathetic sensitivity.
Realise that everything happens for a reason to make you a better loving humanist and to bring out the best in your meaningfully significant others.
Instead of dwelling in the past or fantasising about the future, live in the resiliently flexible here-and-now. Be actively present, not passively absent-minded, never wasting precious never-too-late moments.
