To give PM Yingluck her due, not everything has gone up in price; the cost of some things has come down dramatically.
I was surfing the net and came across a Burberry sale of its black studded Wellington boots reduced from 278.20 British pounds (Bt13,712) to 139.10 British pounds (Bt6,815), which in anyone’s money – particularly PM Yingluck’s – is an absolute steal. Admittedly these are not the classic checked Burberry Wellies she wore during the last floods, but she should rush in and snap these up so that she can make an alternative fashion statement come the next Thai floods.
