Moreover, the government should do something about the law, which should be more serious in restricting or punishing teenagers. The law is currently too lenient. Police call the parents, record the teenagers’ names and collect a fine, and that’s it. If I were a teenager who raced a motorcycle at night, for sure I would do it again because my parents have money and the police only take my name. This wouldn’t affect me that much because I would not be put in jail.
I assume that this problem cannot be ended because there are many teenagers who think like this. So, should we punish the parents who cannot take care of their children, or the police because they are too lazy, or the government, which does not concentrate seriously on fixing these problems?
