Say goodbye to 2013 and welcome 2014 in style at one or more of the cool parties taking place Tuesday night all over Bangkok. Khao San Road or the Ratchaprasong intersection may be the first venues that spring to mind when it comes to massive countdown event and a sensational, crazy vibe but for those who prefer something with less hassle, there are many other choices in more intimate venues for you and your friends to party like crazy into the New Year.

Altitude Midnight Kiss Party at Mode Sathorn Hotel next to Surasak BTS stop promises a night filled with trendy music and sophisticated vibes. The Roof@38TH Bar and Theatre Bar will be transformed into massive dancefloors booming with live DJ sets by Lee Cabrera from New York, Aaron James, Kid Chris, local superstar Tech-12 and friends. Imperial Queen’s Park Hotel on Sukhumvit Soi 22 is set to celebrate 2014 with Altitude rooftop party (not to be confused with the one mentioned above!). Party with the local and international scene’s most promising DJs along with 3D visuals and fireworks at midnight. The party starts from 8pm and it costs Bt1,800 per person inclusive of three drinks. For those wishing to countdown to the New Year with flair, Long Table on Sukhumvit Soi 16 offers a distinctive New Year’s Eve three-course menu with a complimentary flute of Mumm Cordon Rouge Champagne.
